The Catholic Church opposes doctrinal reforms and adjustments to such an extent that all Catholic authors and theologians that speak out "heresy" when it comes to so-called "critical Biblical research on the divinity of Jesus, the Virgin Birth, papal infallibility, female priests, homosexual relations and similar issues" are subject to prosecution, proceedings, punishment and, at worst, they are expelled from the Church. This shows how narrow-minded the Pope and his closest associates really are; and how badly both Catholicism and other faiths that are led by such reactionary individuals fit in our modern society.
