Most of the Gothic Cathedrals built around 1200 were constructed by Solomon's Children, a guild connected to both the Cistercian Order and the Temple Order. Gothic architecture must have been based on a mixture of Byzantine, Islamic and Persian architecture, before it was blended with the knowledge that the members of the Militia of Christ had found in the Temple Mount. The special glass in the Gothic Cathedrals was produced by melting ORME metals, which yielded different colors through an alchemical process without any pigment being added. This glass filters out harmful radiation, while it also enhances the light that enters the cathedral. An increasing number of researchers are joining the opinion that most of the Gothic cathedrals that the Knights Templar and the Cistercians erected in memory of Notre Dame ("Our Lady") were not devoted to Jesus' mother Mary and the Christ child, but to Mary Magdalene and her oldest son, Jesus Justus.
