When we put together many details from the New Testament and un-Biblical sources; and then compare these with what we know was standard practice in the society at that time, it is clear that Jesus must have been married. Everything points to this, although Christianity has always sought to misappropriate these indications and dismiss them as "coincidences". But those that have tried to remove all traces of Jesus' marriage in the New Testamental books have done a rather bad job, even when it comes to who the chosen candidate may have been. Although the Bible editors have tried to split her up into two separate personalities, it is, upon closer review, not very difficult to understand that Mary Magdalene and Mary of Bethany are the same woman; and that this is the only person that Jesus could have married. He usually wore the ascetic Nazareans' long hair and beard, which they did not cut as long as they were celibate. But in the periods when he performed his marital duties, he shaved off his beard and cut his hair short.
