There are still countless diehard myths that prevent people from moving forward in their lives. The first step in a mythbuster's career is to identify common myths that people believe are true and then show them why it's not, as you share your wisdom with them. The main point must be to debunk historical and religious myths to demonstrate that they are based on fiction. The ultimate goal is to replace them with facts and evidence that provide ironclad proof that they are false, but if that is difficult, one has to be satisfied with alternative hypotheses that are more plausible. Also, by tracing the evolution of myths, it's amazing to see how speculations become misconstrued as "facts". I mean, wouldn't it be great to find out what actually could have happened, based on research instead of generations of hearsay and wishful thinking?

#4 Is definitely a myth, it's been proven plenty of time.
The coke thing I believe is real, same deal with KFCs secret recipe. In order to keep the recipes secret, they're registered as trade secrets, so they're not legally obligated to divulge them. But it also means that if anyone were to replicate the recipe, KFC or Coke can't sue them for anything.
