King Kafrâ could not possibly have been the model for the Sphinx, because the monument's chin is more protruded than Kafrâ's. Furthermore, the angle between the mouth and ear lobes of the Sphinx is 32 degrees, while it is only 14 degrees with Kafrâ. The proportions from the front, the angles and profiles on the sides, as well as several other basic details, have convinced the detective that the Sphinx is definitely not a portrait of Kafrâ. The two faces therefore represent two different races. While Kafrâ's features are "European", the Sphinx has "Negroid" features.
